Roy Sciacca, CEO, MJD Films; Managing Partner, TFM Group
Roy has been entrenched in the entertainment industry for more than two-thirds of his life. A celebrated key figure in the L.A. rock scene as a Club Owner, Studio Owner, Performing Musician and Concert/Tour Promoter. His production credits include over 100 music videos and approximately 400 live concert events and tour productions. He launched World Tours and large production concerts for major artists such as Janet Jackson, Don Henley, Chicago, Alice Cooper, Alan Jackson, Lee Ann Womack, Kiss and many others. As an independent promoter and a management-executive of HK Management, Sciacca managed many world class artists and worked with numerous concert tours and was active in the sponsorship, marketing, and advertising initiatives associated with those tours.

From1994 through 1996 Mr. Sciacca also created and produced popular concept tours for the Elvis Presley Memorabilia Museum World Tour and in 1997 through 1999 he created the 50th Anniversary NASCAR Tour. Adding to his NASCAR credit, Sciacca produced the entire entertainment production for the Inaugural opening of Homestead Raceway's; Winston Cup Series, Florida in November 1999.

From 1997 - 2000 Sciacca co-managed with Egardo Diez, the Latin sensation, MDO (the new Menudo) for their concert tour and new record album.

Seeing the U.S Hispanic market beginning to erupt, Sciacca moved quickly to capitalize on what would become the U.S. Latin breakout artist Ricky Martin. Partnering with Latin artist and seasoned tour manager, Mario Rivera, the new team acquired controlling merchandising rights for Ricky Martin. From 1999 through 2001 they road the wave of Ricky Martin's "Livin LA Vida Loca" record breaking album (22 million units sold) and sold-out world tours. With the overwhelming success of Ricky Martin's follow up album "She Bangs" Mr. Sciacca established himself as a key player in the worldwide Hispanic marketplace.

Roy also created, managed and promoted, the mixed media world event Velocity Tour, merging X-Games, Drag Racing, Premier Car Show and Major Concerts held on multiple stages in one Venue location, for a 3 day, 3 night, all encompassing extravaganza.

Jon Sparks, President, TFM Music Production Division
Mr. Sparks has served as the founder and President of Station South Entertainment since its inception in 1996. During the past ten years, Jon has been instrumental in the success of platinum and gold selling records, top charting songs, major movie soundtracks and movie trailers. Today, Station South represents two Grammy winning producer / song-writers, one four-time Grammy winning mix engineer, and a band signed to a major recording label.

Building strong relationships is another factor contributing to the success of Station South Entertainment. Jon has excellent relationships with key management at major record labels and their affiliates such as EMI, Sony/BMG, Warner Brothers, and Universal. He has also worked with some of the top publishing companies and their affiliates such as Warner-Chapel Music Publishing, Zomba Music Publishing, and EMI Music Publishing.

Station South Entertainment provides management services to music professionals throughout all aspects of their careers. With his strong management skills, sales experience, and entrepreneurial instinct, he built a successful business and gained extensive experience in artist development, artist management, music publishing, marketing, sponsorships and music production.

In 2005 Jon collaborated to produce 3 original musical compositions utilized for the soundtrack and album for the inspirational film, The Seed of Faith which is owned by Global's MJD Films.

Mario Rivera, Executive Vice President, TFM Group
Mario began his musical career as a member of one of the founding Latin "boy Bands" Charisma, recording four albums and touring throughout all of Latin America. Mario began working with the Latin sensation, Menudo as their opening act and was chosen to act as their road manager for their world tours from 1987 - 1990. From 1992 to 1993 he recorded as Mario Dee, under a Sony Records independent label, boasting two international hits, and toured throughout the USA, Central and Latin America.

From 1993 - 1999 he toured internationally with Superstar Ricky Martin as a valued production team member of the Me Amaras, Maria and Vuelve tours. Credited as an integral part of the production of the Ricky Martin - European tour DVD along with creative editor and cameraman, Willie Bedics (over 3 million copies were sold worldwide). Throughout the early part of the millennium he worked cooperatively on the highly successful marketing and exclusive licensing of (the sold out world tours) related merchandising for La Vida Loca and She Bangs Tours with me.

In 2003 he began the reuniting of several former members of Menudo as Los Ultimos Heroes, prompting several live appearances and the recording of new updated, material.
