GRD is tapping into growth gaming industries. Japan's pachinko parlor companies offer enormous potential: they are a huge, highly profitable industry with about $250 billion in annual revenue and great stability-they've been around for over 50 years.

GRD plans to acquire profitable pachinko companies that have licenses for multiple Japanese regions, giving GRD a strategic market advantage by allowing the company to move quickly into multiple locations when feasible. Our aim is to make sure the correct business systems are in place, and to modernize and revitalize the facilities to attract a younger audience.

Additionally, GRD is actively pursuing casino opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. We have targeted existing operations with management in place that we expect to provide significant revenues and bottom-line profits.
