Smart SMS Corporation Enters into Exclusive Agreement with Global Realty Development Corp.

LOS ANGELES--Smart SMS Corp. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Global Realty Development Corp. to provide its Mobile Marketing Applications for the text messaging campaigns planned over the next three years, starting at the end of this month. Global's entertainment products including television shows, films, music library and giveaways will provide the content for the text messaging campaigns.

"We feel that Global, with the extensive marketing experience of its seasoned entertainment management team, coupled with Smart SMS's global expertise, will provide tremendous shareholder value by successfully completing ongoing profitable text messaging campaigns," said Gordon Lee, CEO of Smart SMS Corporation.

Global and Smart SMS will combine to maximize the tremendous revenues and earnings from unique entertainment text messaging campaigns on a worldwide basis. These campaigns will be announced as each campaign is launched. The first campaign is expected to be launched later this month.
